This page contains observed Reproduction number estimates time series based on daily observed
incidence data and estimated serial interval(SI) determined in this study https://www.ijidonline.com/article/S1201-9712(20)30119-3/fulltext ,
estimated for some countries if collected epidemic data satisfied such option of assumption. Reproduction Number is very important parameter
which needs to be observed regularly and it indicates how successful we are in spreading restrictions as well a potential of needed additional
capacities of health system and its load. Increasing needs immediate attention. Particularly values R around 1 means we assured only some
status quo and above them means increased pandemic course probability. Values below 1 means we're successful with a containment of the disease.
It can't be used alone, but with conjunction with some other actual data may be used to observe the course of pandemic. Because of inconsistent
data particularly (0 values, corrections resulting in negative values, etc.) 7 days rolling mean for daily incidence was used.
Confidence interval used is 0.95
